Data we process

• Account data: name, username, email address, optional phone number, city, gender, playing level, and profile image.
• Match data: time, venue, city, price, notes, participants, join requests, play invitations, acceptance, withdrawal, and ratings.
• Location: while-in-use location permission is used to determine the nearest supported city and relevant matches. The app does not create a permanent movement-history record.
• User content: profile images, booking or settlement evidence, temporary gathering photos, reports, and support messages.
• Notifications: the device push token and activation state used to deliver app notifications.
• Safety and administration data: blocks, reports, violations, account status, recorded service fees, and audit records for sensitive administrative actions.
• Realtime Presence while the Players page is open; this is temporary presence, not a permanent tracking record.

How we use data

We use data to create and verify accounts; operate profiles, matches, invitations, and gathering features; determine access eligibility; deliver notifications; provide support; process reports and ratings; prevent abuse; secure the service; and process account-deletion requests.

Visibility to other users

Your name or masked name, username, image, city, gender, playing level, rating, and participation details needed to organize matches may be visible. Email addresses and phone numbers are not displayed to other users as part of the public profile.

Service providers

The app uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and realtime functions; and Expo/EAS and Apple services for app delivery, hosting, and notifications. Padel API supplies public sports information about tournaments and matches; we do not intentionally send user-account data to it. These providers may process necessary technical data such as IP addresses and request logs under their policies to operate and secure their services.

Images and content

Profile images remain until changed or removed. Booking and support evidence is private and access-controlled. Gathering images are temporary and available only to authorized participants under the current viewing rules. Administrators may review content when required for a report or safety matter.

Retention and deletion

We retain data while an account is active and as needed to provide the service, protect rights, and meet legal requirements. An account-deletion request can be initiated in the app through Settings → Delete Account. The request is securely reviewed and processed; limited records may be retained where legally required or needed to prevent fraud and document transactions or administrative actions.

Security and choices

We use access controls, RLS, signed storage links, and administrative safeguards. No electronic system is completely secure. Users can edit permitted profile data, manage location and notification permissions in device settings, block users, and report content.

Sale and advertising

Padel Share does not sell user data or use it for targeted advertising sharing under the app’s current functionality.
